Shruti Uchil is Founder Director of EmiGrow, leading operations and brand. A First-Class, gold-medalist interior designer and former Associate Professor with over a decade in design education and fifteen years of independent practice, she brings operational discipline and design leadership to the venture.
Mayalakshmi Shetty is a Co-Founder and Director of EmiGrow. A Licensed Insurance Agent with twelve years soliciting PBBY emigrant-insurance cover through recruiting-agent tie-ups, and former head of operations at a private limited company, she brings deep recruiting-agent relationships and operational discipline to the venture. She holds a graduate degree in Journalism.
EmiGrow is a brand of EmiGrow Services Pvt. Ltd., wholly owned by Emigrants Growth Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Both entities are incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with registered offices in Thane, Maharashtra. The operating entity holds DPIIT startup recognition, and both entities are women-owned and Udyam-registered.
